About Biztree

Since 2001, Biztree has been increasing the productivity of thousands of business people in over 200 countries.

Our flagship product, Biztree Desktop (formerly named "Business-in-a-Box"), is a business document templates software that provides over 1,500 templates of essential contracts, agreements, letters, board resolutions, financial spreadsheets, plans, proposals, press releases, policies and checklists, allowing people to write documents in a snap, thus saving valuable time, effort and money.

Biztree Desktop is currently available in four languages: English, French, Spanish and Chinese. Other languages will be added in the upcoming months. More than 750,000 business people around the world rely on Biztree Desktop to facilitate their daily writing tasks.

Over the years, the worldwide popularity of Biztree Desktop generated a growing demand from companies wanting to advertise to our user base. This led us to develop an ad delivery platform in 2006 to display ads within our software application. In Q1 2008, preliminary tests with selected partners yielded very encouraging results. However, in an effort to exponentially grow our user base and maximize this opportunity, we decided to shift our business model from selling software to distributing a free ad-supported application.

Isolated market tests demonstrated a very strong penetration rate for a free Biztree Desktop while delivering great return on investment to our partners. Today, we are securing partnerships with select advertisers in order to roll out the free model on a large scale.
